I’m Tristrum Bolton, a fitness and strength coach with over 20 years of personal experience in the fitness world and 4+ years of professional coaching. My journey has been shaped by overcoming a wide range of health challenges — including high blood pressure, atherosclerosis, liver disease, gout, chronic fatigue syndrome, food intolerances, sciatica from lumbar scoliosis, plantar fasciitis, and shoulder impingement. With a strong family history of type 2 diabetes, I was also highly susceptible to metabolic disease, but through structured training, nutritional discipline, and holistic health management, I’ve reversed those issues. Today, I maintain low body fat levels, compete in athletics, and coach others to reclaim their health and strength. I specialise in working with adults over 30, where natural declines in vital hormones such as testosterone in men — often made worse by stress, poor health, or diabetes — and drops in estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone in women through perimenopause and post-menopause can greatly impact energy, strength, and quality of life. Through bespoke programs built on muscle testing, postural analysis, and nutritional consultancy, I help clients restore balance, build lasting strength, and futureproof their health.
